Jeff Fordeck is the founder and President of Fox River Group and is an avid Ultra Runner and student of business. Having started out as the son and grandson of entrepreneurs with businesses ranging from construction to farming and a cemetery, hard work and can-do attitude was instilled early.

Fortunately, the opportunity to work in field service positions provided a unique insight into how products work together for their given function and also how they are actually applied in the hands of technicians. Over the following 25 years, additional insights were added by working in numerous roles in corporate environments around the world.

With these blessings, Jeff has a unique passion for growing businesses using strategies that enable employees and companies to grow.
